Returns
Since our products are made to order and are 100% personalised, we do not offer returns once order is placed. However, if you product reaches you damaged beyond fixing at your end, we will replace the same at no additional cost. To initiate a replacement on damage, please contact us at hello@minitale.in or call at +91 9863607187 for a return authorisation. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt. Don’t forget to email us an unboxing video to ensure a successful replacement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer standard exchanges. However, we will replace your defective or damaged item upon immediate intimation of damage beyond repair.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items that are not defective or damaged as we make 100% personalised products, made to order only.
Replacements
Once we receive your replacement query, an executive will be assigned to handle your case and access if a repair is possible at your end to ensure smooth and ease of process. If, however, the damage is beyond repair at your end, we will replace it for you at no additional cost. This is applicable for products that classify as “MiniTale (miniature boxes)”, “LetterTale”, “VintageTale” and “MagneTale” only. All over-the-counter products that we sell are not eligible to replacement unless the unboxing video is shared to show visible damage.
